Were to start, Well I use Mobile 1 fully synthetic oil almost daily. It seems that the harder I drive the car the more I'm at the parts store getting oil.
I have searched on blow buy and realized that the PCV system can have some effect on oil consumption or blow buy.
So I checked my PCV box and noticed I have alot of oil residu around it.Not enough to call it a leak because I'v never left a drop of oil on the ground but my car consumes oil like it's gas.
Can a bad pcv system cause a lot of blow buy like I'm describing.
I also blow a desent amount of smoke(not sure of color) when I'm running though the high RPM's.
Another thing I noticed is that sometimes when I start the car in the morning I will leave a splat of black stuff on the ground from the Canister exhaust. Not realy a puddle but more like a spread of little black dots.
Would replacing the PCV Box and hoses etc. be a good place to start in my situation.
Sorry for the long post all comments are much appretiated(spelling)

When you say PCV box, if you mean the oil seperator tank under the intake manifold, I wouldn't think that it could go bad. It is the PCV valve that you need to change.
I think you either have really bad valve seals or your oil control rings on the pistons are worn out.
Do a compression and leak down test.

PCV valve was changed roghly 2,000 miles ago but I have a lot of oil residu covering the box under the intake manifold.
As far as blowing smoke out you exaust at high RPM's, that is normal in vtec. At least it is on mine and all of my friends. And the "splat" of black coming out the tip when starting, mine did that for a while, and found out it was running rich. I lowered the fuel PSI and that fixed that.

Yea people have told me that my car does run preety rich, so I'll check on the fuel psi thatks for that.So that solves one consern.
And yes in V-tec espesialy after the secondarys I blow a preety desent amount of smoke.

blowing smoke is not normal in any car. the onyl time cars blow smoke is under certian conditions. for example, is it has a chipped ecu to make it run richer that factory settings, you would see black smoke coming out of the ehxaust at whatever time the ecu is telling the injectors to give more fuel hence making the car run richer. if you had a lot of white smoke coming out of the exhuast it would mean your are burning coolant. blue smoke means your burning oil, but when your burning oil you can be burning it in a couple different ways. if your oil rigns are bad you will go through oil very quickly, depending on how bad the rings actually are and you will see blue smoke out of your exhaust at almost all times and any throttle postion and so fourth. when valve seals are bad or on they're way out, it will tend to smoke right when your takin off or at lower rpm's. if the pcv valve is bad the easiest way to check it is by taking it out and shaking it, if it makes a noise like somehting is rattling aroudn inside is it fine, if uyou shake it and you hear nothign and its clogged its bad and wont let the crankcase ventalate liek it is inteneded to do. seafoaming the engine or usign the top engine cleaner liek i use at work thru the vaccum system really works to clean out any carbon build up or deposits in the system. hope this helps

I'd change the PCV and see how that works, but I all most want to say that it could be indeed your valve seals, this is very common on Integras!

Yea I also use a fuel injsection service on cars at my jop works great,I acually just did it to my car.Now is there a sugnificant diffrecne between seeing blue smoke comapared to white cause it's hard to tell from my side view mirror.
I also some times blow smoke when laeving a red light. It's hard to tell unless im in front of a BMW or something else with bright blue/white headlight. I'll see a small cloud and that's it.
The other night I left a red light preety strong and when I slamed 2nd I could see a big cloud of smoke covering the gound as the cars drove though it.

Well from the info I have given do you guys think I should be looking into a Modified rebuild.I mean no matter what The motor is getting rebuilt eventually but does it seem like I should be doing it sooner than later.
If you puff a bit of blue smoke at startup your valvestem seals may be shot.
If you see blue smoke during load, your oil rings are shot.
The PCV either works or it doesn't.
Have you tried a compression test or leakdown to try and pinpoint the problem?
