93 civic ex sunroof question

it just open half way, if it's the 2 door model. The anchors need to stay in place with the bracket to keep sunroof attached. if 4 door, the sunroof should go into the 'roof' and go back all the way. But the 2 door only goes 1/2 way, the anchors are big. My 93 ex 2 door does the same thing

that was only till 96, 96-99 coupes it goes into the roof...
