Hey Im thinkin of building a project car for road racing next year. If anyone has any suggestions as to what to build, let me know.

 

I would definately buy a car that is already built. There are way too many race cars for sale right now, and you can buy them for about 1/10th what it costs to build the same car. And Im not exagerating.

If you just want something to tinker with, buy a built car and add to it what you would like.

 

you need to figure out how much you want to spend to build the car and what your willing to spend a year to race it...

then find a class that fits what you have to spend.
