Default What suspension setup would you go with?

Well I have been looking into redoing my suspension. I want to go with a full true coilover setup. The brands I was looking at are Skunk2, Tein, and Ksport.

The Skunk2's run about $590
Teins SS $830
Ksports $900 (around there)
Omni Power $650

For a daily driven car what would you go with?

Well The price difference for good slip ons and good struts isn't that much of a difference. Atleast with the full design they are actually made to work with each other also.

makes sense...
ive driven an ef with full skunk coils and was dissapointed by the ride quality...the car was not even that low(1.5 fingers between tire n lip) and the car bounced and shuddered like crazy over every little thing...however i love my set-up tokiko whites with H&R sports..the car sits so nice and hooks hard as hell...but to each their own...i wouldnt buy any suspension components until ive actually driven a car with them installed on it

My car scrapes if I'm not careful over speedbumps and such with just a .75" drop. Keep that in mind when you pick out springs.

Most guys that are running out on the track are using a Koni's and GC's because there are many spring rates available and they are just a very good combo. Once Kaan gets back he will lay it all out for you.

coilovers are horrible for a daily driver. its not comfortable and have to watch out for every little thing on the road cuz it bounces like crazy when u run over a bump. unless were u live is nice and flat and even then go for it.

Koni yellows are adjustable. Combine that with the fact that you can run different springs with the GC's and you've got a prety good setup.

Keep in mind, Tein are ment for track use only, and will bounce you to death!!! Also, your girlfriend will not ride in your car, because her ***** will hurt. So Big ***** equals no Tein, small ***** equal tein(if that's what your looking for, overrated in my mind).

I'd get the used ohlins coil-overs that Steve at Hmotors has listed on his site for $300ish.

I'm trying to get everything planned out for this summer. If I get the job I am wanting I can get all the over time I want. So $9hr for 40hr's and $13.50 for all the over time.

I want to have new rims/tires (15" Rotas), new suspension, and a new hood by the end of the summer. I heard the Skunk2's are really stiff so they are out.

I already have some Wicked Tuning coilovers (slip ons). I don't know much about them, I just bought them cause I got them for a good price when they came out. They list for $249.

I might just get some of the Tokico Illumina. If for some reason I have trouble with my coilovers I will probably go with a set of GC coilovers or maybe even Tein springs.

Honest Opinion here: Get some Tokico Blues with springs as a set. They are cheap, they work great, and they do what they're supposed to.

Don't spend too much money on your car, you'll regret it. Just find some used Rotas or wheels with good tires, and be finished with the whole thing.

Well that's semi the problem right now. I bought the car when I was in high school and in my ricer stage. So I bought 17" rims, euros, Type M hood, R33 bumper, Z3 fenders, and a pricey paint job. So now I am trying to de rice to make a nice clean daily driver.

I need new tires so for the price of two 17" tires I could have 4 15" wheels. So I am buying some Rotas. I am also going to buy a stock bumper and stock fenders. After I get done with the rims, fenders/bumper, buy a OEM carbon fiber hood, and a new amp for my subs I will leave it alone for the most part. Anything else I buy will be stuff I can use on another car.
