Has anyone sanded their jdm cf window switches to make them smooth????
Just wondering if this has been done to make the switches look like the same texture as the climate control and other faux cf pieces???
I dont like how thy are textured

ok so all the cf pieces in the interior are smooth right? like the shifter cf plate and the ashtray, the climate control. They have a smooth texture. Now if u look at the jdm cf switches for the windows, they are textured, much like ur stock ones. I'm wondering if u can use plastic polish and make these smooth as well. I swear I have seen smooth ones, which is why i ask.

Correct me ifI am wrong, but wouldn't sanding them remove said faux carbon fiber look? I believe they are painted (silk screened).
