I'm going to say no. Only because the LS is a DOHC while the z6 is a SOHC and they have different size initake manifolds and they probably have different throttlebodies, or atleast how they're setup. I could be wrong though.

 

I'm pretty sure it will actually. Why else would skunk2 sell just one 68mm throttle body for all B,D,H and F series motors?

Do a search, that's how I found out the answer to this question a while ago when I wondered about it (except I didn't create a new topic ).

 

Yes they will, just make sure it is the same OBD.....They will work GUARNTEED.....I ran one for quite awhile on my Z6.

 

regardless of obd or sohc/dohc...it will fit fine

Fits, BUT you need to port match your intake manifold to make the change worthwhile.
