I figured I'd give the rotary, timing chain and pushrod folks a place to vote.

yes.. im planning on doing a rebuild in a year with a higher CR and more aggresive internals. So, it would be a good idea to go w/ a toda?

but the price... yekk

I'm in no way affiliated with this company.

http://www.prostreetonline.com...t+Kit

Others seem to be having some pretty good luck with them and I intend to order mine soon to see if it's the good stuff

i would personally, but i'm super picky about everything... others will definately say and think other wise. if you're planning on 200+ whp i think it'd be a good investment for how much stronger the Toda one is over OEM

I like OEM belts. And really.. what do they cost now? And they are used for ~90,000 miles.. figure that out per mile.. is that really so expensive if a cheaper one fails on you?

I've *heard* that Continental belts are among the best out there, but have no idea how that price compares to OEM.

Why all the dumb responses for "IF" you do something else with the car/motor. Answer the question as stated.

OEM motor = OEM belt. It'll work just fine. Risk/Reward doesn't deem anything else worth saving a buck or two or going with a super strong toda for $$.

Besides - Chris is a slow driver anyway
