Default how do i clean my stainless steal header?

what chemical ?
what do i use to clean it up before hand?

Mothers Mag and Aluminum polish with a high-speed buffer or Dremel tool

I use metal polish(also mothers), a drill, and a buffing wheel to clean stainless steel. I have also heard of people using sos pads.
