prolly not but it also depends on the driver... if he does hit 13s with those mods than godddamm i am going to pick up an 06 tomorrow lol

depends...a guy ran a 14.26 with just an exhaust. H/I/E tuned with a good 60ft i believe is capable of pulling off a high high 13. The H/I/E have to be good products, and the two key parts are tuned and 60ft.

I think with a good intake, quality header (run open at track) and a Hondata reflash with slicks it will go 13's all day
