For some reason my friends 90 Civic w/ a D16A6 doesn't want to start. While trying to well figure it out he's replaced... Main Relay, Distributor, & Wire Harness. It's still not starting. The car turns over & is getting gas to the rail. What I noticed today was that the #2 injector is spewing gas out of the upper part of but the plug. Could that be the problem why it's not starting. If not any other suggestions? Thanks.
