i have a 1992 acura integra that needs help.
can anyone give me info on swaping in a b16a2 or b18c1 engine.
i could really use the info.
i also need to change it to a manuel so if anyone knows the cost and the parts needed for it that would be great.
any other info on making my 92 integra a race ready car please post the here or email me.
thank you for your help.

and if there is anybody selling or know somebody that is selling a b16a2 0r b18c1 engine please email me or post the info.
dont go with an b16a2, if you do anything go with a b16a1. i also have a da and i was goin to try the same thing you want to, but converting the clutch would be a waist of time and money, the xsi motor will bolt right up

This is the truth. Converting trannies is way more trouble than it is worth, and the lack of torque in the B16 is noticeable when pulling around 2600lbs of DA around.

sell and buy a manual DA. i Just swapped in a B16 XSi and started it up tonight. Do that.. dont bother doing all that custom work.
not worth the time or money.

i would sell it but i still have a little more to pay on it and i have already started adding things like: carbon fibre hood, rims, lowering, performance brakes, wires , plugs, gauges.
thats why i just wanted to get an engine swap so i could keep my work

DA9 is a chassis code. Most people use it so they don't have to type "90-93 Acura Integra" Its a whole lot easier to type... d..a..9..see!
