Best way to identify 90-91 integras from 92-93 integras?
Hey guys I'm going to a local wreckers in a few days to look for a distributor and alternator from a OBD 1 92-93 integra.
My question is, is there any sure way of identifying the difference between an OBD 0 and OBD 1 integra? anything I can look at on the VIN # to be sure?
thanks

This article decodes all of the G2 Integra VIN numbers. But to makes things easier:

Example VIN
JH4DB2381NS000001
Seperate the VIN like this
JH4 DB2 3 8 1 N S 000001
N = Model Year
L: 1990
M: 1991
N: 1992
P: 1993
</TD></TR></TABLE>

the front and rear bumpers. the 90-91 bumpers are square and the 92-93 front bumper has a smile and the rear bumper has a flare at the bottom of it. also the 90-91 tail lights are red and white/pink, and the 92-93 are red, rellow, and white.
but the only way to tell the obd is to look at the plugs.
the vin will also tell you the year. i forgot which part but i know the year is identified in the vin#
