thrust bearing problem

i was told my thrust bearing or centerforce bearing might be going bad due to too strong of a pressure plate, just started making noise when i got my full exhaust, is it something to worry about or am i fine?

throw out bearing or "thrust bearing" because one is inside the engine and the other is in the tranny bell housing.

no too "strong" a pressure plate wont do anything to your throwout bearing
