Posted this in the integra forum but I didnt get much replies. Well like the topic says a friend of mine picked up a gsr that was converted to auto. The top tranny mount was cut and a new one was welded. As for the other mounts I dont know which ones were used. Problem is that he hit a pothole and made a hole in the transmission on the pass side corner. I was looking under the car and I noticed that the transmission is sitting very close to the ground. What could be the reason? I also noticed that the whole engine and transmission are sitting on a slant, sort of like this / but not that much, towards the pass side corner. He has tokico illuminas and tokico sport shocks installed. Which mounts should have been used? I have a feeling that they used the wrong mounts thats why the transmission is so close to the ground. Any help would be appreciated.
