Default difference between poa ecu and p13

I just did an h22 swap into a 94 accord, the problem is that code 12 and code 22 pop up on the p13 ecu. When I put the factory poa ecu in there is no code. Are there any differences in the two ecu pin locations or is my p13 screwed.
Thanks.

i was told that the poa ecu had the egr and the o2 sensor wires crossed and that was the only ecu that had that. Code 12 is the egr valve and code 22 is vtec pressure switch if that helps

BlUAc is right, you need to swap those two pins, A11 and A6.
