H22 tranny

Just looking for some replies on this......What is the max amount of HP and torque that an H22 tranny can withstand? Replies and thoughts appreciated!!

The auto's can't handle much more than stock, and as far as I know no one has ever killed a manual, after an upgraded clutch. Driving habits tend to kill transmissions more than torque.
