my friend needs help on his gs-r's block girdle's torque specs, he lost the sheet that had all the specs to the blocks internals, well I've searched all over to help him but came up with nothing, so if someone knows a link where I can find please post it up for me, or if you know the torque specs yourself, please reply, thanks..

 

Is that the same thing as the cap bridge? If so helms says 64 N-m (6.5 kgf-m, 49 lbf-m). Make sure to turn your crank shaft after tightening them to check for bindage.

According to helms manual.
Step one= 22lbs
Step two= 49lbs on #2, #3, and #4 cap and 56lbs on #1 and #5 cap.

 

And also you must torque it in the right sequence too.
