Default replaced radiator, now fan wont work...

iight my 93 del sol si was over heating 2 weeks ago so I changed the thermostat and flushed the cooling system then a few days later the inlet for the upper heater hose broke (I still dont no how) got a new koyo radiator put and I snapped on the fan, installed everything, turned on the car and let it run for awhile and noticed that the fan wasnt turning on, so i took it for a drive and still didnt turnon I then switch the fuse and relay around with the defroster fuse and relay and still nothing. I go to autozone and get a fan switch and replace that, then test drove it again, with the same result....I then switch the cooling fan and A/C fan connectors around to make sure that the fan even works, and it does.......Im now thinking that the wiring connected to the fan electric connector is messedup some how =/ anyone wanna give their opinion?

Recap:
New Thermostat
New Radiator
New Radiator hoses
New Coolant
New Fan Switch (ECT Switch A)
Tested Fan and it works
Fuse and Relay work too
Car = 1993 Del Sol Si (D16z6)
