how to make a civic housing brighter

i was juss wondering....i bought some new bright blue hid bulbs...when i turned the light on its not as bright as i thought it would be..someone told me that i can change my housing...i was juss wondering if anyone knows how to do that...i would appreciate that..thanks

i don't think that would help you should get sylvania bulbs, they are the brightest unless you get real hids

I want to know too. Does sylvania bulbs come in yellow because i have paswordjdm bulbs and they arent as birght as i want them.

yellow isn't the brightest....
