Yeah its worth it, if you check out hondata's website they have the actuall test results and the temp reduction to the manifold was pretty substantial.

In case anyone doesnt know its supposed to not allow as much heat to transfer from the head to the manifold, decreasing air inlet temps.

I have a hondata gasket its a good by. and i jsut got my longer studs from the shop. As for the hex heads they suck *** always comin lose the dont have enough surface area to stay tight. i changed all mine out.

the only difference i see between the expensive thermal gaskets and the cheaper ones is the qaulity.. i bought a passwordjdm one for about 45 and it came out smooth and great. I bought another one from one of our sponsers and one side was smooth but the other side had a rough edge. I just sanded down the edges a little and everything was fine. also, the fit wasn't as perfect as the password jdm one.

I remember seeign somehwere that the hondata one provides thermal washers with their gasket.

Just find the length and pitch of the bolts u have know and go to a home depot or a bolt supply warehouse and by like a 1/4 longer bolts. They dont have to be honda bolts as long as there the same type of bolt. But have fun taking off ur intake manifold sucks ***
