Default Going All Motor and Im bone stock

My Goals:
to put down 200whp or more
streetable

what i know and want to run:
stage 2 cams (crower)
crower cam gears
smsp or rmf header
new pistons and rods(which ones are good?)
i know im going to have to run a whole new valvetrain as well
valve springs, retainers and valves them selves

what else do i need ?
what size ehxaust
what should i get done to the block to make it stronger?
i assume the head will only need a port and polish but any other suggestions would help
tranny wise, what would be better?
would a h23 be better than my h22 tranny?
what computer do i need to run a high compresion setup?
is there anything else that im missing?

im sorry if im repeating any other thread, im just frustrated and need some tlc.
thanks in advance

there is no reason to get cams and pistons if all you want is 200whp

easy formula for that:
3" intake pipe, prototype racing velocity stack
70mm throttle body portmatched to IM
rmf header, 2.5 inch exhaust

tuned on a p72 ecu with any ems of your choice (hondata, crome, etc...)

done

knows his stuff.
recommend a custom magnaflow from kteller.
2.5" SS piping, 2.5" carsound cat, 2 magnaflow 2.5" x 14"L SS resonators, 2.5" inlet magnaflow muffler w/kteller custom dual tips

ps are crower stage 2's best for low/mid rpms or are the stage 3's more tuned for that?

What would I need to do to get 250whp?

Right now I have DC header, test pipe, Espelir Exhaust, and AEM CAI.

I plan on ordering the Euro-R IM, but I dunno what TB to get with it. Gonna go with a P72 Hondata. Type S pistons and rods, crower stg 3 cams or possibly the Type S cams

i forgot to mention i have a burnt valve andi am going to tear down the motor. lets put it this way i want to gain as much power out of my motor with an all motor setup. so, in saying that, what are my options for building the block .

While you've got the head off, P&P, new valve springs, titanium retainers, and cams of your choice. Unless you plan to tear apart the bottom end as well, just clean your pistons with steel wool (if they're dirty, which they probably are)
