My import delSol SiR JDM guys should love this.
Finally been able to get pictures up of my delsol. She was a fresh import into the UK, got her back on 15 March 2005. The first 2 pictures are how the car was standard when i picked her up. Only ever saw the wheels on her once on another car. It was on the web and that was on a Skyline. They have "Spa Cinq Les Pied" written on them which translates as "Five the feet" in French i think. No idea where they are from. The car came with a Momo Honda wheel, Transtop roof and gathers speakers. On removing the centre console when fitting a new stereo i got some Japanese yen and pictures of some japanese people!
Mods done to it so far have been the red leather gaiters, red leather s2000 seats, momo gearknob lower 40mm on Eibach springs, optional OEM lip kit (from the original UK supplier) and since i couldn't afford the Volks or Mugens i really wanted, bronze Rota C8's with toyo proxies rubber. The engine/exhaust is totally standard
The DOHC stickers have rubbed off due to a over zealous pressure wash (winter roads are terrible here) and the rear stickers have come off too, but i will be replacing them. Sadly unkown to me at the time the import company or the supplier in Japan had resprayed the car a slightly different shade of silver. When the mudguards came off to fit thelip kit the difference was clear. I'll get pictures up of this later. Also where the drivers side mudguard was (right handside of the car) there is a bloody big bit of black fixing resin that held on the mudguard that will be quickly removed.
I plan to get it resprayed, probably next year. Other mods i initally plan to do are: AEM CAI, full new exhaust system, and coilovers.
Any comments welcome, i can take the rough with the smooth. I reckon the JDM guys should love this.
