i need help or should i say guidance with my build i have been working on this build for 3.5 years i am very low income or id probley be done with this by now,(not to mention the first time around my garage was broken into and lts of parts were stolen) i am so dedicated to this build every last penny i have has went to it i havent driven in 2yrs so i could save money... please help! this is what i have

machine lightened balanced flywheel -6 pounds
eliminated balancing shafts

Head
stage2 crower cams, valves,springs,retainers
skunk2 im aem cai
want to get a p&p but i am very low income
any recomendations an a cheap machine shop for this?

exhaust
dc header (sucks any budget headers that are better)
test pipe, greddy cat back

misc.
skunk2 cam gears, aem pulleys

any help would be great remember im on extreme budget thanks

Forgot to mention im looking for around 225-245 whp

 

Some machine shop said they'd p&p mine for $400 but that was after I sold him an engine cheap and he probably sucks at it.
