Most all that stuff is a waste if you Actually want to make power.

you're gonna want a highflow cat with your set up. NO intake manifold... it won't do anything, it'll probably decrease HP. you could go safe and get dc sports headers (there are better brands out there with much better gains, but you're looking between 800-1000 dollars). i suggest a comptech exhaust... great sound, not overly-loud and for a decent price. get a random technology high flow cat... a lot of people make the mistake and leave the stock (very restrictive) cat on there and don't see the numbers you'd expect from an expensive exhaust. cant really go wrong with an AEM cold air intake. that pretty much does it. but, what are your future goals... are you staying N/A? or are you gonna eventually turbo. cause if you're gonna turbo, the intake and headers would be pointless..... but, if you're staying N/A and gonna upgrade to some better cams, you'd want a skunk2 or type r manifold and either port your stock throttle body, or get an aftermarket one. cams need more air flow, this would accomplish it... so basically it comes down to your future goals, N/A or turbo?? ok, done with chapter 1 haha.

If you seriously want a "little" extra, and you'll still have plenty left over,
Get a zex dry/wet kit and run a 50shot, it'll be safe enough, and be fairly cheap.

nitrous is deffinately a good bang for your buck. but if i were you just save up and do ls/vtec not TOO expensive and is deffinately worth it.

or i mean a boosted ls is always good too!

the thing about turbo is i dont want my stuff messing up. how often would i have to tune it then. because i dont want to constantly be buying stuff for the turbo cuz i expletive it up or something...if i do turbo though...i was wondering what kinda other stuff i should get for it so i dont have to risk anything and end up having to take parts off again and replace them...

also ive been looking at ebay and been looking at turbo kits...and what do you all think about this one??

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...QrdZ1

would that be all that i would need for the whole turbo...thanks guys

any turbo kit that costs $850 will end up being an expensive paper weight in the long run. do some research. there are tons of threads on this website than will point you in the right direction.

obviously if you are reffering to it as "vtech", and thinking you need "headers" on a 4 cylinder you dont know much. search the site. youll find plenty of info.

what you have are the main points, but if you are getting a fpr, then may i suggest that you also upgrade your injectors, some DSM 450s, and some fuel management, like an afc, or what i got was a chipped ecu, like from racingchips.com that worked out very well
those two things should cost around or under $300

First we are going to need your future plans...Turbo or NA. What does your wallet look like? What kind of numbers do you hope to put down?
Just so you know, 4cyl=header and it's vtec not vtech. You'll get flamed hard.

Get some cams, and a tune instead of swapping the head.
