Well guys, 320k and counting on the teg and now starting to have suspension problems..

im stumped on this one..

So, i have a flat spot in my tire, left rear (drv side) and some part of the suspension makes this horrible noise, metal to metal, very fast vibrating noise, you can feel it when in the drivers seat, makes it worse when i brake, unloading the rear suspension and it almost stops when i go over 70mph on the interstate..

when going slow, less than 20mph, it just clanks softer, when the flat spot comes around.

It very metallic, pingy, clank , vibrating, almost like the spring is coming unseated and moving around , up and down very fast...

im totally lost , maybe it could be the bushings in the top hat on the strut?

one day the noise totally went away..

it also makes the noise when i turn left, unloading the left side, the noise almost goes away when i have weight in my car, wonder if i can disconnect the sway bar and see if the noise goes away?

any ideas guys?

 

did it worse today, could it be a sway bar endlink?
