sorry i know it's not really a/c but i got in a fender bender friday and my hood wont close all the way and there's like a 1/2cm gap between the hood and the fenders,i wanted to check out the hood latch but i cant get to the bottom bolt,can you guys help me out?

 

I used an open ended wrench to get it out, its time consuming but youll get it

combo wrench does it everytime for me

 

thanks y'all,found a tiny 10mm open ended wrench and got it off,now to see what the expletive is wrong with it

 

all right can you guys help me out as to why it wont close all the way?when i slam it only closes halfway,i can force it and push it down all the way but it doesnt LOCK down
