Am I missing anything or have too much of (such as towels or detailing tools)? My paint is fresh (Fall/05) however it was a crappy paint job and there are a lot of hairline scratches, a smudge (paint discolouration) near the gas tank.

Please help me improve.

Do you have a buffer or are you doing it all by hand? Some imperfections need a buffer to really clean them up. Looks like you have a good starting point and shopping list though.
