Default valve job??????

hi, i am currently in the process of getting cams for my b18c1(stage 2 probably). now i know i should upgrade the valve train. but who is a good place to take my head to for the work? im guessing head/valve work will be very expensive. also what all do i need to get done to support the stage 2 cams?
current mods are:

intake, SK2 IM, Hondata heatshield, DC 4-1 headers, GReddy EVO2.

walbro 255 awaiting install. PS i know where i can get an APEXi safc for really cheap......would that be worth it or just a waste of time and money? thanks

Get the manufacturer recomended springs for the cams that you want to run. It is not necissary to put new valves in the head but it will not hurt ither. If you want titanium retainers now would be a good time for thoses. Get a head gasket set so that when it is put together you can have fresh seals installed. As far as putting new parts in the head It shuold not run more than $200-$300 depending on labor rates, plus removal an install cost for the head.

if you get a helms (can download at hondahookup.com) and have time to do the job right you can remove/replace your head yourself with mostly basic tools. You'd save yourself a lot of money that way. It's prolly in the range of 800 bucks or so to have someone remove/replace your head.
