I've been having this problem with my exhaust lately and I was wondering if mabye someone had an idea what the problem was.

I put a custom cat-back system on my 94 accord about 3 months ago, and recently it has been making a garling sound. When im in between about 1 1/2 - 3 rpms is the only place the noise is made. I'm completly lost, i tried tightening all the bolts again, and im not sure what the problem is.
