tranny going bad question

tranny going bad question
my gsr tranny grinds 3rd almost everytime now.. to fix this, is it just the synchros? how much will it cost just to fix the synchros? or do i need to buy new gears also?

where can i buy the honda mtf at?? is it only at the dealer? or do they have it at autozone and local stores too?
