Default P13/P28/P72 with an H23?

I'm having a hard time finding a used, chipped P14. I was wondering if I can use a chipped P13/28/72. I've heard of people running P14's on H22's for a short time after a swap before they find the correct ECU

pr4, p74,p75 will work with h23. Those are fairly common as well.
