Default oil seeping out of the tube from valve to intake

there is oil as stated coming out of the breather tube dripping down my intake. valve seals?

this head was freshly rebuilt about 5k ago.

at first i thought it was the rings for low compression 210-150-150-210 HG replaced with metal one 5k ago. oh and block has 180k thus i thought it was the rings. could it be that the seals be the cause?

oh ya i got blue smoke only when i floor it hard or decelerate in gear(oil burns when i apply gas again)

Drop about two tablespoons of oil in each cylinder, let it crank a couple times and test compression again. If it raises back it up its your rings. If it stays the same its your gasket or valve seals. Either way you're going to need to pull the head.
