need help in 1/4
hey guys i have a 2000 civic SI
Mods: AEM CAI, DC Sport catback, DC Sport header, short shifter
i have ran my car a few times and i cant get my launching right.
i ran a 15.88 at 87..launching at 3200 with 35 tires pressure
and a 15.93 at 90..launching at 3500 with 35 psi tire pressure
and then i ran a 15.97 at 89 launching at 3000, with 30psi tire pressure
my 0-60' is around the 2.5 area...
can anyone help me?

use your ebake to help you preload the drivetrain. slip the clutch out of the hole. lower your tire psi to 20.

^^ Agreed. I use 23 psi in my tires, but you'll have to see what works the best for you. 35 psi is alot. I noticed when I dropped my tire pressure it eliminated alot of my wheel hop. Good luck.
okay, i usually just drop the clutch, next time ill take it less easy and then give it full throttle..i noticed a big difference of wheel hp when i lowered it to 30 from 35psi..so next time ill go to 25 or 26..
