aloha,
shoots cuz, it took me about 40 hours. although it was my first time, and my first big project. nor did it help that i snapped a water pump bolt off. only torque those things down to about 6 lbs.
i feel comfotable i could do it in a day now, yea.

i just did mine 2 days ago. motor was pulled so it made it easier took me and a buddy like 4 hours to get it all done. as for the tq specs. go to http://www.hondahookup.com they have manuals there.
