well on my si i decided to go with the skunk2 system and its workin pretty good. its really low and quiet at lower rpm's but as soon as vtec comes around it gets real loud. i definately felt a power difference but thats also with a skunk2 test pipe and dc 4-1 headers so it depends on whether or not ur doing just catback or going for test pipe and header as well...

 

A catback system is an exhaust system that is piping from everything BEHIND your catalytic converter. Other exhaust systems will sometimes be from the resonator back, or sometimes an axel back and other times just a muffler. I would recommend an ApexI N1 catback setup, or an ApexI Worldsport 2 exhaust system.
