the 89 civic is bone stock wiring hasn't been touched.

its about $170 for everything off rywire.com

or try and do it yourself..

convert to multi point fuel injection http://crf50.no-ip.com/fourthgenhatch/mpfi.html

add the 4 wires for vtec and pin them into the ecu clips..

thats all u need to wire it up yourself.although rywire does make very nice looking vtec harnesses.but if it was me i would just do it myself.btw MAKE SURE U SOLDER ALL YOUR CONNECTIONS.
