Default APEXi VAFC II VTEC controller.....

Hey guys, I just purchased an VAFC II and was waas recently told that i needed it dyno'd to have it properly tuned. Is this entirely true ? Plus i heard it wont even benefit my car with just bolt on parts....intake, exhaust. thanks guys.

Yes it needs to be tuned on a dyno... If not then it is nothing more than a monitoring device. Yes even bone stock cars will see gains from tuning
