$3500 for a USDM B16A motor w/ tranny and install....also is there any thing i need to upgrade for sure once i do the swap??

how many miles on hte motor? seems a bit high...but the condition of the motor can make it that I assume...and w/ the install I'm hoping that's professional install...

i think that is kinda, high installation is usually 350-500 in my area...but if you love your honda...you should learn how to do it yourself

Remember, a legit USDM B16 will usually cost much more than a Japanese or Euro market version.

he ment all variants of the USDM B16a will cost more when finding a legit swap, verses a JDM/EDM swap.

hell no.. you can get type R motors for 3500. atleast GSRs. b16 sir at hmotorsonline is only 2200 with lsd and thats already overpriced.

show me where you can get a LEGAL USDM (or import for the matter) ITR motor in IL or anywhere mid us to east coast installed for $3500.

i agree with you, all you other poeple are looking at 10 year old motors from japan/europe. I assume this b16 is from an EM1 not a del sol si vtec because those are few and far between so a 6 year old motor legally installed and running for 3500 isnt that bad IMO...

that is a shitty price i wouldnt do it if i were you go gsr you can probly do it for cheaper

which motor? there is no usdm b16a so do you mean b16a2 or b16a3?

im pretty sure its the one from the sir in canada....just the B16a he said itd pass emissions here in illinois....plus this price is for a professional shop....id rather have them do it then my friends still learning **** at uti....
