sup guys, already searched but didnt reallly find what i was looking for so....

how much power should i expect if i install type s pistons and cams on my jdm h22. im running i/h/e. would it be a smart move to also install the euro r manifold?

what i/h/e are you running? jdm h22 what a, euro r? yes the euro r intake manifold will make a difference, more so the more aggressive the cams, compression ratios, and breathing ability (i/h/e). is it for a daily driver, DD/track car, full race? whats the highest octane gas you have avalible?

dc header for now(planning to go with an-r in the near future)
daily driven
91 octane is the highest that i have available to me
