I was wondering who has an ef with a b16a and is using a shortshifter?? What mount kit are you using?? What shift linkage, and what short shifter are you using???

 

From another post about short short shifters "E to the B to the A to the Y"-me. Just get a short shifter off of ebay. IMO its not worth spending $70 on a piece of metal that does the same thing as a $20 piece of metal...get a poly bushing and youll do fine.

 

i have a b17 with a gsr shift linkage in my rex.......im using a no name brand short shifter. works great without any problems. i had it for over a year now. im using stock mounts

 

I got the Place Racing mounts and shift linkage, and I got a JG/Lightspeed shortshifter and it works fine.

 

Hey vap i'm using place with their linkage too. I love their mounts hate their pos shift linkage, i can't get my short shifter to fit cuz the linkages keep rubbing against each other. That's why i'm asking everyone on here to see if anyone had the same prob as me.

my buddy has a b16 CRX with HCP mounts and linkage and an OBX short shifter...shifts beautifully. pretty cheap shifter from Ebay.
