there was no chime in 1992, and I don't think they had one in 1995, either. You can get a buzzer at walmart and install. That's what I did. It now emits a horribly annoying buzz sound any time the lights are on and the ignition is off. Not ideal, but it's quick, easy, cheap, and it gets the job done.

The one I bought came with instructions and adapters. Basically, all it does is wire across two fuses in the inside fuse panel. It even came with the brass adapters to get it to fit. I think I only gave a few dollars for it. I'm not sure at the moment what fuses I've got it plugged into, but I know that one of them is on when the park lights are on. The other might be a ground. Like I said, there were instructions.
