I have a 96 civic cx and my air conditioning is not working right. The fan speed doesnt work on settings 1 and 2 but it works on 3 and 4. What could be the problem and how could I fix this

 

ok, not an expert but have experienced some problems with ac's. check around the fan 2 make sure nothing is holdin the fan back. cuz sometimes debris gets in there and holds it back, then when u turn ur fan on low, it's not enough power 2 loosen the debris. Or check your fan switch, the one behind the dash. Mine broke and the fan wouldn't come on, yours may just be loose or something. if nothing works, i tried since no one else gave advice yet, lol. good luck
