Which is a better motor for torque B20b or B20z2

Which is a better motor for torque B20b or B20z2
I have a choice of these two motors. The junkyard guy says he knows one has better torrque but dosen't know which one. Can someone help me if they know how to read those specs listed below cause i cant read them so remember im looking for the one with better torque. 
The B20b's come in the 97 - 98 CRV's tourgue Specs are 133 ft lb @ 4,300 rpm
The B20z2's come in the 00 - 01 CRV's Torque specs are 133 ft lb , 180 Nm @ 4,500 rpm
