EK9 springs and shocks on EK3 hatch
I have an european EK3 (D15z6 1,5 vtec 115 hp) Civic. I bought shocks and springs from JDM EK9 typeR, and install them. But there are one strange thing - in comparison with my old shocks&springs new one's are shorter, but car after installation becomes slightly higher. Maybe my old springs were tied, but anyway - EK9 springs must be shorter and must provide 2 cm lowering of a car. So whats a problem?
I'm very happy with performance of these EK9 suspension, and I do not want to change these springs for Eibach pro kit for example, but I would like to make my car lower.

so what can i do to lower my car? I completly satisfied with this suspension, but I do really want to get my car lower. I see 2 ways to go - first is cut off one of circle in each spring, second is use of coilover. But all of coilovers is selling with springs and there ia a big question - will R springs fit to coilover?
