Default to much air pressure? fix?

I have a 91 crx and there was an oil leak, just figured out where the oil leack is. There is a lot of air pressure coming out of the top oil cap. is there any way to fix this? air pressure let out valve or something? i was told my a mechanic who hates imports that my engine is dieing... is this true or sould it still run for some time?

could be blow-by around the rings, but could also be from plugged PCV valve - have you changed the PCV valve lately? is the breather tube on the valve cover open?

if smog controlls dont matter to you just go to walmart or autozone and buy a 12mm air breather fiilter and pop that in place of your pcv.
