I have had this same problem and i have replace ALL of my bulbs because it pissed me off so much...still no luck though!

i have checked all the globes and have unpluged the level sensor but this made no difference i will ohms check the level sensor next and keep you all up todate
the fluid level was allright so no point in topping up the fluid disconnected the sensor as i thought that the sensor may be faulty
