Default any one done an auto to manual?

well me and a couple friends finished on the auto to manual swap in a 92 teg today, we put a 92 b16 with obd1 pr3 into it everyhtings wired. doesnt wana crank over though. keys wont pull out either, its as if its still in gear or reverse on the auto and the keys wont even pull out unless the battery cable is taken off. any ideas?

I only know of the gen3 swap, but remember if you're using an auto ECU, you have to trick the ECU into thinking that the car is in P. Find the auto shift lever, put it in P, and glue down the little solenoid that actually controls the gears that is on the shift-box thing. Sorry I can't be more descriptive, I haven't actually done it yet. As for the cranking problem, try putting the car in first, hold the clutch in, have your friend push you, and while you're rolling, pop the clutch. If the car doesn't start, then most likely you didn't connect the flywheel properly? Good luck.
