Default clutch and fly wheel

As im building, well buying parts for my car, im trying to also learn.
So, what are the benefits of replacing the clutch and flywheel? any cons?
What type of clutch and flywheel options?
When the clutch is changed, what other things should be changed, if any?
i have a b16 del sol, if that matters. thanks

get a act streetlite flywheel (11lb.) if your a daily driver, helps rev up quicker, getting you into the power band sooner. A good clutch, such as act, clutch net will help get your horsepower to the wheels. Get an organic disk or 6 puck if you don't mind the heavier pedal effort. I got act streetlite flywheel and clutch net 6 puck in an all motor daily driven gsr, engages fairly smooth, but gets up to power band a lot sooner w/ lighter flywheel.

some people go overboard and get the prolite flywheels, only like 7 or 8 lbs, depending on brand, stock is I think 18 lbs. Stock type r is 14 lbs. The 11 lbs is great for daily driving, you might lose a bit of torque off the line due to a loss of inertia, but the horsepower makes up for it. the prolite flywheels are good for pure drag, my tuner told me to stay away from the prolite if i was gonna keep it a daily driver, he owns a JDM2 in central cali, so I take his advice.
