Default is there something wrong with my ecu?

k, so i got a code 9 , so i used the trouble shooting thing for ecu codes.. says to check the distirbutor for ohms of resistance.. its within the allowed number then it says check for continuity. so i did, and one wire has continuity the other doesnt(the wires im talking about are the two blue ones that is only on the is dizzy) so i disconected the wires from the dizzy, checked all the stuff and it was good on the dizzy , then i checked for continuity on the wires going to the ecu and only the one wire has continuity. so i tried unplugging the Aplug from the ecu and tested the wires again, and the wire didnt have continuity anymore .. whats going on? is there a short somewhere in my wires????

no you dont understand... with the two wires unpluged, the two extra blue ones, the ohms are good and theres no continuity, whne i check the ecu side of the wires not connected to the dizzy theres continuity. so my dizzy is good. im thinking my ecu is bad
