wtb: civic type r n1 crank pulley
How did these all of a sudden become so popular? Is there some website article about them drawing attention or something? I've been B/O for about 8 months now But before that I would have at least 10 in at a time and it took forever to move them. Now I get at least 10 calls a day about someone interested in one.
May I ask why you need one? Will the motor be "race-only"? As in, it'll be torn down and rebuilt every few races?
Just curious.

well in the process of building my motor, and my stock pulley cracked, so i wanted the n1 coz its light. Y? is there sumthing i should no about this pulley?
It's a race only part for engines that will be torn down periodically.
No it's not a bad thing, if you look forward in laboring yourself with removing/re-installing the engine every now and then.
The CTR N1 crank pulley, or any other non-oem racing pulleys for that matter (unorthodox, AEM) doesn't have a "harmonic balancer" that stock pulleys do.

Usually if someone is at the point of running no A/C and no P/S, and they are doing a motor build already, then they are PROBABLY ready for the consequences associated with race parts.
I'm not saying the CTR pulley will affect reliability, though.
Some people think so, others don't.
